The Situation
Honeywell needed to relocate an aerospace manufacturing plant to Malaysia. The move included the transport of more than 27,000 items and equipment.  The lack of infrastructure in Malaysia and the logistical problems of  transporting high value equipment to a developing nation made it extremely important for Honeywell to choose a partner who understood the complexities and could manage this high-level project.
