BUSINESSES SAVE TIME AND MONEY THROUGH ORGANIZED RECORDS STORAGE
--Suddath introduces Records Storage, Document Retrieval Program--

New York – March 15, 2006 – Managing business records can be a tedious and time-consuming task, especially when confronting a storage unit full of boxes with improperly marked files.  Suddath Relocation Systems, an industry leader in national storage and relocation services, announces today the introduction of a records storage program to help businesses in the New York area store and manage their company records, while saving both time and money.

IRS and SEC regulations require businesses to retain all transactional, personnel and other auditory or legal documents for up to ten years before they can be destroyed.  Suddath’s new records storage program assists businesses by providing secure storage of these documents in a central location while organizing the files in an indexed electronic retrieval system.

“Any company can use our records storage program, from a small law firm to a large corporation,” said Jon Rapp, President of Suddath Relocation Systems of New York.  “It’s difficult to locate a specific document among the disorganization in a self-storage unit or a basement.  Now businesses can save time and money by storing records in Suddath's secure warehouse and simply requesting the documents as needed.”

Records entering Suddath’s warehouse are indexed either by box or by individual page. All documents are bar-coded for easy recognition and then scanned into a central retrieval system using specific records management software.  Boxes are then stored in Suddath’s 220,000 sq. ft. warehouse that is under video-surveillance.  Businesses have 24-hour access to their stored records and can place orders on the Internet for Suddath’s Scan-on-Demand retrieval of documents via email, disk or hard copy.  Suddath will also destroy documents when the retention period has expired and provide the customer with a certificate of destruction.

“Our goal is to provide a valuable and original service to businesses in the New York area, and save them time and money when it comes to dealing with the endless amounts of company documents,” said Brad Estrin, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Suddath.  “With a strong financial history of more than $200 million a year in revenue and the dedication of its employees, we are confident our customers will find our resources and record storage solutions second to none in the industry.”
