APPOINTS JOANNA AMAN TO

announced the promotion
of Joanna Aman to the
newly created position
of Vice President
General Counsel.
In this new role, Joanna
will continue to be
responsible for all of
the internal legal
functions of The Suddath
Companies, as well as
the management of
outside counsel for all
of The Suddath
Companies. These
responsibilities
include: managing all
licensing issues,
relocation and moving
service agreements,
mergers, acquisitions,
litigation, and all real
estate related issues.
She will be Suddath’s
legal advocate in
support of all of its
business units and
client, employee, and
vendor activity.
Mrs. Aman first joined
Suddath in 1994 as its
Risk Manager. Prior to
that, she worked in
private practice for
several years
specializing in
corporate law and
insurance defense
litigation. As a
graduate of Georgia
State University College
of Law, she received
multiple honors and
awards for her academic
achievements.
