Air Land before becoming Director of Operations in 2001. Debbie has more than 15 years of experience in managing all aspects of international transportation for military and GSA relocation programs and domestic containerized shipments.

Since joining Suddath, Debbie has been instrumental in establishing Air Land as one of the most efficient, well organized companies in the International Through Government Bill of Lading (ITGBL) program.

Air Land has enjoyed excellent performance each year under Debbie’s operating procedures. Her single point of contact approach combined with automated document distribution procedures not only moves the shipment efficiently, but also keeps the shipper and agency informed to address questions and resolve challenges. The quality of service produced through direct personal contact with the shipper within a paperless operating system has contributed significantly to an increase in business of more than 12% to 6,000 shipments producing $30 million in revenue for 2004.

“Debbie has been an invaluable member of the Air Land team since joining the company more than 15 years ago,” said Randall Groger, President, Air Land Forwarders. “She has an extremely thorough knowledge of all aspects of our organization -- from operations and billing, accounts payable, flatbed, claims, and registration to rate filing all while maintaining quality control. Debbie understands how our departments are organized, their purpose and function, and how they interface to support Air Land ’s mission.”

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky.
