LINES SELECT THE SUDDATH
COMPANIES’ BARRY VAUGHN
TO JOIN BOARD OF
DIRECTORS

Vaughn, President and
CEO of The Suddath
Companies, a
full-service provider of
worldwide corporate

household moving and

was elected to the board
of directors of United
Van Lines, the nation’s
largest
household goods moving company, and the
board of its parent
company, UniGroup, Inc.
This election was
announced by UniGroup
President and COO
Richard McClure.
Vaughn will provide
oversight of UniGroup
and United Van Line’s
operations, review and
approve corporate
policies and develop
strategic direction. He
was elected to serve his
first two-year term on
the boards. Also elected
to two-year terms were
eight other individuals
from UniGroup’s agents.
Fellow shareholders
elected these nine board
members during the
company’s annual meeting
recently held in St.
Louis.

responsible for
directing day-to-day
operations and driving
the overall growth for
