Suddath Dallas Wins Coveted
United Awards for 2003
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., November 21, 2003 – Suddath Relocation
Systems, a leading provider of global household goods
transportation, facility moving and warehousing and logistics
services, today announced that its Dallas Branch received several
prestigious awards from United Van Lines, including the Customer
Choice and Van Operator of the Year awards, at its convention in
Boca Raton, Florida earlier this month.
United Van Lines, the nation's number one household goods mover,
is made up of more than 500 agents across the U.S. Suddath annually
ranks as one of the top three agents in the United system. Each
year, United tracks agent performance in several areas including
household goods, customer satisfaction, safety and hauling. At its
annual convention, United recognizes the top performing agents in
these and other categories for their outstanding achievements.

The Customer Choice award is based on client surveys conducted by
United. After a move is completed, the end customer rates their
satisfaction with the services rendered by the agent that handled
their move. This is the second consecutive year that Suddath Dallas
has won this coveted award.
In addition, one of its van operators, Donald Rushan, has won the
Van Operator of the Year award for the Master Lease Fleet Division.
He was one of four van operators to be recognized out of 6,000
candidates. For this award, each van operator was reviewed on their
total performance, including quality, service delivery, claims
statistics, safety performance, customer relations excellence and
operational commitment and cooperation.
In recent years, Suddath Dallas has won numerous United awards
including: 2002 Customer Choice Award; 2002 Continental Fleet
Hauling Award; 2002 Master Lease Fleet Hauling Award-2nd place; 2002
Customer Choice Winner; 2001 Customer Choice Runner-Up; 2001 Safety
Award Winner.
