Suddath Branches Receive
United Van Lines'
Top Customer Choice Award
Jacksonville, Florida, December 20, 2000
-- Barry S. Vaughn, President of Suddath Relocation
Systems, announced today three of the company's branch locations
received honors from United Van Lines' prestigious Customer Choice
Awards, which recognizes top achievers dedicated to agency quality service
performance.
Of the 474 agencies participating in
United's comprehensive Customer Service Survey
Process, Suddath's Miami and Pompano Beach locations were selected
as the Winners in their respective shipment size
category, while the company's Melbourne location
received Honorable Mention recognition. This marks the first time any
Suddath branch has ever received winning status in this competition.
Awards were presented in seven
categories, based on the total volume of household
goods shipments registered during the period December 1, 1998-July
31, 1999. The winners in each category, whose selection was based
on United's Customer Service Survey data, received awards.

very hard everyday to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. It
is certainly rewarding to know that all of our
efforts are paying off in the eyes of the
customers," said Vaughn. "We are extremely proud
of the dedicated employees of Suddath/Miami and General Manager Joe Poole;
Suddath/Pompano and General Manager Julie Cobb and Suddath's Melbourne
facility run by General Manager Mark Brandenburger," he added.
