Suddath Welcomes New Real Estate Asset Manager
Jacksonville, Florida, August 9, 2000 -- Robert J. Price, CFO of The Suddath
Companies, announced today the addition of Steven R. Hannan as Real Estate Asset
Manager for the company.
As Real Estate Manager, Hannan will utilize his real estate license to
negotiate leases and option renewals on behalf of The Suddath Companies. In
addition, he will be involved in the acquisition and disposal of properties,
appraisals, construction of new warehouses, repairing existing warehouses, and
space planning and management of existing buildings.
Hannan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Richmond, Virginia, and is
currently working toward his Master's Degree from the University of North
Florida. He brings over 20 years of professional experience to his new position,
including managing property activities, sales, leases and appraisals for CSX for
15 years.
