Joanna K. Aman, Esquire, is vice president and general counsel for The Suddath Companies and its subsidiaries and oversees all legal related matters.  During her tenure, she has also been responsible for risk management, safety and claims.

Ms. Aman has more than seventeen years of experience practicing corporate, transportation, relocation, employment and real estate law.  She is active in numerous legal and industry associations including ACC, AMSA, the Conference of Freight Counsel, ERC, ABA and various state bar associations.

Ms. Aman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies from Trinity College and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board.  She is actively involved in her local community by taking part in charity events and providing pro bono services.
