Elizabeth SpradleyElizabeth Spradley serves as senior vice president of human resources for The Suddath Companies.  In this role, she provides strategic and functional leadership to the human resource initiatives company wide. Her areas of responsibility include benefits, compensation, learning and development, employee relations and career services, payroll, records, recruitment and staffing, information management, and leadership development.

Mrs. Spradley has more than 27 years of experience in the human resources field and began her career with Suddath in 1988, serving in a number of human resource functions. She is active in several industry associations including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves as a board of director for Goodwill Industries of North Florida. Mrs. Spradley graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services.
